Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If an item
is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with an
estimated ship date before processing your order.
Shipping destinations
We ship across Canada. We do not currently ship outside Canada.
Small parcel shipping
Most smaller items ship by courier. Shipping is calculated at
checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Freight shipping
Larger items such as gondola shelving, showcases, counters, and
bulk orders ship by freight carrier and cannot be quoted
automatically at checkout. If your order contains items that require
freight, we will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval
before your order ships and before your card is charged.
Freight deliveries are curbside only. The carrier is not responsible
for bringing items inside, and you are responsible for having someone
available to receive and unload the shipment. If you need a liftgate,
an appointment delivery, or delivery to a location without a loading
dock, let us know when you place your order so we can include it in
your quote.
Local pickup and delivery
Pickup is available at our Dartmouth location at no charge. We will
email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order
confirmation.
Local delivery within the Halifax area is available on request.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Parcel
shipments within Atlantic Canada typically arrive within 2 to 5
business days. Freight shipments and shipments to other provinces
take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If anything is
damaged or missing, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver
leaves and contact us right away. Freight carriers will not accept
damage claims once a shipment has been signed for as received in
good condition.
