Cooke Sales Return Policy

Cooke Sales provides its customers with an easy return policy.

Please do not return any portion of your order without obtaining an RMA from the sales staff. You must call us within 2 business days of receiving your order to alert us of any problems or concerns regarding your order. You must call us (toll free at 1-800-561-1540 or local HRM at 902-423-7908) to make arrangements prior to returning any goods or the return may be refused.

Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of goods unless arrangements have been made with management. Any returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We will not accept any items that are returned collect unless the customer and salesperson have made prior arrangements. No returns will be accepted on any special order or custom items. Any item approved to be returned must come back to us in “as new”, sellable condition. All returns must include all accessories (manuals, cables, etc.) and must be in the original packaging.
