We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. All returns must include all accessories (manuals, hardware, etc.) and must be in the original packaging. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and advise whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment less a 15% restocking fee.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of sale. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us by phone or email with details of the product and the defect.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Sale items are non-refundable regardless of sale date.
- Custom ordered bags or customized packaging
- Specialized items which are not regularly stocked
- Any custom ordered fixtures
